A Tribold Product Developer is responsible for the design and implementation of Tribold product functionality as specified by Product Management. Developers must participate in all aspects of the Tribold product development life cycle. Tribold Developers are expected to be good team players and to deliver code on specification, quality and according to agreed timelines. Product developers are required to work in an agile manner with Product Management to produce documentation appropriate to technical developer and non-technical business audiences. Tribold developers are expected to write quality, well engineered, unit tested, maintainable and readable code. Software design patterns should be used where applicable. Code must be engineered according to Tribold development and architectural standards.

Code must be engineered according to Tribold development and architectural standards.

Professional Services Consultant

London, UK / Cwmbran, Wales, UK / Denver, USA / Seattle, USA

The primary responsibility of the Tribold Professional Services Consultant is to consult for and implement the Tribold software solutions for a given customer. Consultants play a key role in the business design and adoption of Tribold software solutions by various CSPs. They provide the core consultancy on how to develop rational CSP product models and PLM processes within the context of the Tribold software. They also provide hands-on support for the implementation of the software. There will be a strong customer facing element to the role, with the majority of work done at various customer sites. Therefore, the desire and flexibility to travel is essential. The role is primarily project-based, working onsite at the customer’s premises. Projects can last anywhere from 2-12 weeks and up to 12-24 months. There will be times when staff are requested to work on internal projects, often involving external third parties (e.g., integrating Tribold software with 3rd Party software for proofs-of-concepts or pre-integrated solutions).

Professional Services Project / Commercial Manager

The primary responsibility of the Tribold Project / Commercial Manager is to scope, plan and manage all aspects of Tribold solution implementations across customers.The project management facet focuses on the delivery of a project or multiple projects, both external and internal. The commercial management facet focuses on managing project P&L, estimating for prospective projects and assisting in the financial governance at the Professional Services group level. It is not uncommon for the Project / Commercial manager to also have a functional role in the delivery of a project (e.g., PLM / Product Modeling activities to compliment the software implementation).There will be a strong customer facing element to the role, with the majority of work done at various customer sites. Solution Architect

Seattle, USA

The role of Solution Architect (SA) requires knowledge and skills that are both broad and deep. To be effective, the SA must have experience on multiple hardware and software environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments. This person has usually performed in a variety of different roles during software development / solution implementation projects. The person needs an ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.

For a given implementation of Tribold software, the SA is responsible for the development of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution. The SA becomes involved with a project at the time of inception and is involved in the developing the initial requirements. They then remain involved in some capacity throughout the balance of the project.

In addition to project implementation support, the Tribold SA will also provide support to various sales activities and partner solution development initiatives.  Flexibility and ability to travel is therefore a prerequisite.
