Sir Michael Bett CBE, Advisory Board Member Sir Michael has had a distinguished career in business spanning nearly 50 years, with senior positions at BT, where he was Board Member for Personnel (1977-81), Managing Director BT UK (1981-1985), deputy Chairman (1991-1994) and then non executive director (1994-1996). Sir Michael was also Chairman Cellnet Group Ltd (1992-1999 now O2) and is currently Chairman of Pace Micro and Compel Group plc. In addition, Sir Michael has held senior positions at GEC Personnel Director (1972-1977), the BBC Director of Personnel (1977-1981) and in the public sector including the First Commissioner for the Civil Service and the Chancellor of Aston University. |

Roger Keenan, Advisory Board Member At the age of 26 Roger founded Eyretel Limited in 1991 with just $30,000 of private investment. It became a global software and services company delivering complex CTI enabled recording systems. Eyretel grew as a boot strapped company and in 1997, it reached $17 million in revenue. It was first in the Virgin FastTrack 100 with a compound annual growth rate of over 215%. In 1999 Roger was awarded Ernst & Young's 'UK Technology & Communications Entrepreneur of the Year Award'. Eyretel completed an IPO in April 2000 to obtain a full listing on the London Stock Exchange and posted revenues of more than $50 million for the year to the end of March 2002. In March 2003 Eyretel was acquired by Witness Systems Inc, a NASDAQ listed competitor, at which stage Roger left the company and has since been involved with a number of technology companies in varying fields. |

Keith Willetts, Advisory Board Member Keith Willetts has over thirty years experience in the communications and computing fields. He is Managing Director of Mandarin Associates Ltd. He was previously Managing Director of TCSI Corporation and held a number of executive positions at BT. He was the driving force behind several of BT's managed services and the Concert brand identity. He has wide international experience and is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on communications service management. His pioneering work in management architecture was a key foundation for the TMN architecture including the well-known TMN 'triangle'. Keith Willetts is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of TeleManagement Forum. Keith has steered its evolution to become a 260+ company global consortium of major influence in the communications sector. He co-authored the highly influential book in this field, The Lean Communications Provider, published by McGraw-Hill. His achievements have been internationally recognized, being honored twice in the Communications Week "Top 25" awards for industry visionaries; The British Computer Society award and BT's highest honur, the BT Gold Medal. |

Phill Robinson, Advisory Board Member Phill Robinson is a pioneer in the IT industry, with experience spanning more than 20 years. Currently, he holds the position of chief operating officer of sales and distribution at salesforce.com, responsible for executive management and execution of its global sales strategy. Previously, as salesforce.com’s chief marketing officer, Phill was responsible for development and implementation of its global marketing strategy and its execution. Prior to joining salesforce.com in 2003, Phill worked at Siebel Systems as one of the Founders of their European business and an original member of Tom Siebel’s Founders Circle. At Siebel, Phill was responsible for engineering its international marketing and brand development as the company emerged as the leader in CRM and e-business application software. Phill’s extensive experience also includes leading positions held at Sybase and Oracle. |
