Jonathan McKay

Jonathan McKay, Chairman

Prior to joining the board of Tribold, Jonathan served as the CEO of Exony where he remains as a board member. Previously, Jonathan was interim CMO and advisor to the board of the leading UK OSS company: Cramer Systems. In 2000 he was based in the US as Vice President and General Manager of Sun Microsystems Tools and Integration business unit previously COO of Forte Software. McKay's management career also includes sales and management positions in Sybase, Unison Group, StorageTek and Sperry Univac

 

 

Simon Muderack

 

Simon Muderack, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder

Prior to co-founding Tribold, Simon partnered closely with Communications enterprises from across the globe in Wireline, Wireless, Wholesale and Cable operations in structuring complex IT transformation programs during 10 years with Accenture. His ability to engage the business together with IT and to identify and prove business value through technology led to the successful delivery of several large scale on and offshore solutions. Prior to Accenture, Simon worked in FMCG marketing for Del Monte foods in Europe and some time in Product Marketing for AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR) based at European headquarters in the US.

 

 

Catherine Michel

 

 

Catherine Michel, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) & Founder

Catherine Michel is CTO and cofounder of Tribold Limited.  She is the principle architect of the company’s product and solutions portfolio.  Her extensive experience in CSP transformational strategies and systems development has made her a recognized authority in the industry.   Prior to co-founding Tribold, Catherine was a senior executive in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech practice, devising and delivering business strategy and large-scale BSS / OSS solutions.  Catherine also sits on the TM Forum Executive Committee.

 

 

Mark Farmer

 

Mark Farmer, Director

Mark Farmer has 18 years of experience as a manager entrepreneur in the software industry. In 1991 he co-founded Metrica Systems, who provide performance management software to the telecommunications industry. Mark grew sales from zero to $28m, winning over 150 customer installations worldwide. Metrica was acquired by ADC Telecoms in 1996 for $36m. Mark subsequently co-founded pursued Intracus (Smartgroups) which was sold to Freeserve for $95m, and Cramer Systems which was sold to Amdocs for $425m. Mark has extensive domain knowledge of the telecommunications industry and sales skills.

 

 

Nic Brisbourne

Nic Brisbourne, Director

Nic has over seven years experience in venture capital, working in London, Europe and Silicon Valley. His main areas of focus have been software and media. Prior to Esprit and Cazenove Private Equity he was with Reuters Venture Capital. Nic has been involved in a number of investments including UltraDNS (acquired Neustar - NYSE NSR), Zeus Technology and Perfiliate (trading as Buy.at). In addition to Tribold,  Nic manages Esprit's investments in Perfiliate, Zeus Technology, Axiom Systems, SRC and Cityspace. Prior to joining Reuters Nic worked for Operis, a software and services start-up, and Capgemini. Nic writes a blog commenting on the European technology and venture capital markets.
