 John Rainger

John Rainger, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With over three decades of leadership in the technology industry, John’s entrepreneurial drive will ensure that Tribold will continue to lead the field in the creation and application of the market’s most advanced product management solutions. John’s passion for success appeared early in a career that has taken him from Systems Engineer at ICL, through senior sales management positions at Hewlett Packard, to VP and executive roles at Lucent Technologies. Immediately prior to joining Tribold, John was CEO of Telco software specialist, Openet, where he oversaw the rapid expansion of the organisation, achieving a ten times growth revenue growth and signing international operator customers including Verizon, Cingular and Orange.  As CEO of Tribold, John’s sales and marketing expertise, OSS/BSS domain knowledge and an objectives-based approach to management will be the catalysts for major success as the business scales to address the huge market demand for effective product management.

   

Simon Muderack, Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Founder
Prior to co-founding Tribold, Simon partnered closely with Communications enterprises from across the globe in Wireline, Wireless, Wholesale and Cable operations in structuring complex IT transformation programs during 10 years with Accenture. His ability to engage the business together with IT and to identify and prove business value through technology led to the successful delivery of several large scale on and offshore solutions. Prior to Accenture, Simon worked in FMCG marketing for Del Monte foods in Europe and some time in Product Marketing for AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR) based at European headquarters in the US.

   
 

Catherine Michel, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) & Founder
Catherine is co-founder and CTO of Tribold. A technology visionary, she is the principle architect of the company’s product management solutions portfolio, and responsible for product strategy, development and delivery. As an active member of the Telemanagement Forum Advisory Board, and with a career history advising the world’s most dynamic communication service providers on transformational strategy and systems development issues, she is a recognized authority in her field.   Catherine spent much of her early career delivering large-scale OSS/BSS projects, and, prior to co-founding Tribold, used this practical experience to great effect as a senior executive in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech practice.

   
 

Steve Bennetts, Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Steve Bennetts has global responsibility for the areas of finance, human resources, legal and information and communications technology for Tribold. Prior to joining the company he was CFO for IP network software and services automation firm Nexagent, where Steve displayed an excellent record for generating significant financing in tough market conditions.  Steve has also held roles at IT firms Categoric and Content Technologies, the latter of which he was instrumental in selling for $1bn, one of the largest all-European software mergers. Steve also helped grow Amazon.com from a start-up to a company with a $300m annual turnover. Steve is a keen runner and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

 
 

 Calum Nobles

Dr Calum Nobles, VP Engineering
Calum Nobles, former technical director at Information Builders, has over 12 years of experience in the software development sector. Prior to this he was director of government product at Onyx Software Corporation a CRM software vendor. Calum is an accomplished public speaker and was the face of Information Builders as its approved spokesperson. Calum joined Tribold in August of 2006.While at Information Builders Calum was responsible for developing the emerging service-oriented architecture (SOA) value propositions, both generic and vertical specific and was responsible for driving it out through sales and marketing for delivery to Fortune 500 companies. Calum studied for his PhD in marine biology and ecological genetics at the Isle of Man Marine Laboratory.
