Tribold charting the Product Management Vision with Telstra
On Nov 29 2007 Tribold hosted a Product Management Vision day in Melbourne, Australia with Telstra’s IT and Product Management executives who are leading the way on the Telstra Transformation program. The Product Management Vision session focused on providing Telstra with a global perspective on Communication Service Provider (CSP) Product Management challenges, how individual operators are addressing those challenges and how Tribold is helping.
Tribold CEO John Rainger, CTO Catherine Michel, and Director of Product Marketing Ernest Margitta took the opportunity of the Product Management Vision day to outline how Telstra can capitalize on existing investments in product management and how Tribold’s roadmap will ensure success well into the future.
The vision session also focused on how to:
• Build on the integrated product catalog foundations now in place at Telstra for the Consumer market products of Voice, Mobile, Internet, TV, Broadband & Directories
• Deliver more value from the Tribold Product Portfolio Manager (Tribold PPM) application and Product Management organization in the race for time-to-market and cost-to-market reduction
Tribold’s vision is “to make on-demand self-selection and service delivery across the infrastructure-supplier-channel-customer eco-system a seamless reality for the CSP industry” and is already making significant in-road towards this goal with Telstra.
