The Tribold Product Manager Portal provides the user with real-time access (browse, edit, update) to the product catalog for the product development, launch and in-life management processes. The portal is intended for use by organizational personnel responsible for Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management activities

Tribold Product Data Manager

• Product DataState Manager - Manages the data states of a service entity through its different phases, persisting back to the client the entity's status (draft, approved, live, edit, retired, etc).
• Version Controller -Manages the different instances, or versions, of product entities throughout their lifecycle as changes are made and launched into production, persisting back to the client the entity's version.
• Product Launch Manager -Provides for the automated launch of product and pricing information into 3rd party systems.

Tribold Rules Manager

• Rules Configurator -Allows users to capture, store, and associate and maintain product rules, using industry standard RuleML as the framework. Rules can be exported for external applications to upload and execute in their internal engines.
• Rules Engine -Manages the enforcement of rules within TPPM at designated points of execution (e.g., upon creation, association, validation, save, approve, etc) can be accessed as a service from external applications (see "Tribold Distributor" for more details) for either rules execution or rules export.

Tribold Integration

• Integration Engine -The set of tools to configure and publish the workflow and protocols for integrating Tribold to external applications. 
• Integration Services -Provides the ability to expose TPPM functions to external applications for use in their core processing, perform systems ID mapping and reference data import.

Tribold Utility Manager

Provides the user with access to the tools available to configure the Tribold application for implementation. The Workbench preserves the integrity of the core application when being tailored to a specific customer, avoiding the need for bespoke code or direct table entry. Users can perform fit analysis and configure templates, data model extensions and interfaces via the workbench tools.

Provides an external reporting data store that can be used by operation reporting tools or analytic models.
