Tribold Training
Tribold Training offers the necessary skills transfer for customers and implementation partners to effectively utilize and work with the Tribold Software Solution. Skills transfer is delivered on a Learning Path basis. Each Learning Path is linked to the different job roles required for use, execution and operation of the Tribold Software Solution. Each path suggests a sequence of courses to be completed in order to provide the knowledge and skills for the on-the-job expertise for a specific role. Each course is delivered via a mix of lectures and hands-on labs.
A sample of Learning Paths available includes:
- Executive Management
Typically encompass enterprise executives and managers with a vested interest in understanding how, where and by whom the Tribold Software Solution will be used and the implications it has for the organization and IT Structure - End User
Typically encompass personnel from Product, Pricing and Marketing with day-to-day management and delivery responsibilities for the enterprise’s product portfolio - Configurator
Typically encompass personnel from IT groups within the enterprise with responsibility for configuring the Tribold Software Solution and maintaining the data model once configured (i.e. Template maintenance) - Certified Implementor
Typically encompass personnel from IT groups within the enterprise or third party system integrators or implementation partners whose responsibility is to implement the Tribold Software Solution - Technical Operator
Typically encompass personnel from operations groups whom provide and manage user access, environment configuration, application monitoring including maintenance, backups and restoring
Train the Trainer courses formats are also offered along with full customizations of Learning Paths specific to customer requirements.
Courses can be delivered on-site or at Tribold offices.
